As we order a lot of our components from the USA, and given that US export laws are somewhat convoluted and almost always involve a 3rd party export agency, we cannot guarantee delivery times on orders. We will do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible, and we will always try to give you an accurate estimate of the time scale. However we will not put up with harrasment over delivery schedules, we will keep you informed but will not tolerate abuse.
